Use a little imagination and try to imagine what the Confederate flag represents to Black people: slavery, Jim Crow, lynching, segregation. To them it's as evil as the swastika.

And armed treason isn't exactly considered nice.

Do you suppose everyone should embrace every aspect of their heritage, no matter how shameful? Should the Japanese celebrate the day they made their sneak attack on Pearl Harbor? Should Germany have Hitler day? The Confederate army fought to preserve racist slavery, is it really such a stretch for you to see how its battle flag is considered racist? (Not to mention treasonous, considering it's the flag of a rebellion that betrayed America.)

Could we have a video comment on today's event with the Ag department's contract for ham?

When you look at this stimulus contract written up (on Drudge)....they basically paid $1.50 per pound.....while I was gazing around at Piggly Wiggly and find that I can have some damn fine ham for 84 cents.

If all of this is true and the government is paying in excess of 65 cents a pound on ham....wouldn't it be better for both you guys to give comedy and run a hog farm? Heck, you both could be millionaires in three years and retire to Belize.
