Insofar as Trump and the media that keeps giving him so much attention both seem to be mentally retarded, I guess that qualifies as "savvy".

Most people are probably going to notice what a monumental waste of everyone's time this inane goose chase has been, though. Trump just outed himself as a giant jackass.
