Cartoons just aint' what they used to be. Used to you could look at Huckleberry Hound or Beetle Baily without worrying about them even mentioning babies with Down syndrome let alone making jokes about'em.

Ugh. Is Seth MacFarlane really hurting for ratings that badly? To think it's been nominated for Outstanding Comedy Series and The Simpsons never have. Pretty much proves how worthless the Emmys really are.

The original Mighty Mouse was not only cool. It was opera. The characters sang their parts with operatic voices.

My favorite as a kid was Deputy Dawg a southern cartoon with a bluesy harmonica back -tune.

My other favorite was Popeye.

You've probably never tasted nasty-ass canned spinach:)
