The lists are hilarious and informative. Also:

engrish.com is the original and still the best site for funny Asian signs in English.

Channel 101 is awesome, and has been the proving ground for a lot of funny people coming up in the entertainment industry right now.

It was started by Dan Harmon and Rob Schrab, two guys who became discouraged trying to make it in Hollywood and decided to just start making tv shows even if nobody wanted to put them on tv. Anyone can send in their own 5 minute or shorter version of a tv pilot, and the 5 best get the honor of going on for another episode while the rest are canceled.

Very few shows get more than a few episodes, and the tiny fraction that actually made it into double digits are legendary. A lot of these shows end up getting very popular as viral videos on YouTube and whatnot but most people don't realize that they all come from Channel 101.

Don't expect slick expensive looking work, these are all self produced and most have a non-existent budget, but it's comedy with a lot of heart, by people who have nothing to gain but the chance to create something and make a few people laugh. Also, I wouldn't watch any of these at work. They don't individually label the NSFW ones, so you never know what to expect.

Some of my favorites are Yacht Rock, Cautionary Tales of Swords, House of Cosbys, The 'Bu (a send-up of shows like The OC by The Lonely Island, Andy Samburg's internet comedy troupe.), Computer Man (starring Jack Black in his underwear) and Kicked in the Nuts! (a spot-on spoof of prank shows).

You need Quicktime to watch on the site but you can easily find almost every one of them on YouTube with a quick search. Since it's not immediately obvious, I'll explain that you need to scroll down to the episode you want to watch and click the "view" link by where it says "Screening Date", "Downloads" and "Video" to the right of each episode thumbnail in order to watch the videos.

There's a lot of other great stuff to be seen on that site if you're willing to navigate around for awhile.

Also worth watching is Rob Schrab and Dan Harmon's failed real TV pilot, Heat Vision and Jack. Produced by Ben Stiller, starring Jack Black and Owen Wilson, and featuring the late great Ron Silver as Ron Silver, movie star and evil government manhunter. It's absolutely brilliant.
Not a website, but Jimmy Kimmels' "This week in unnecessary censorship" tends to be pretty damn funny.

I don't really like people of Walmart because I don't see any reason to make fun of people. Besides, looking at pictures of gay rednecks quickly wears thin.
This one I really like
