God Hates Trash was a Janitor at the CIA? FBI?

helped me secure employment with a government intelligence agency based in northern Virginia.  

 

Mystery solved. A government employee who hates trash and has God complex because he was not good enough to be an analyst... so he was a janitor at the CIA or FBI or some alphabet agency in northern Virginia. This also explains his bathroom graffiti humor.

Now clean that up boy.
