There was more then just recording, there were four. And there was specific details given by the ACORN employees detailing how to evade taxes and specifically how to fraud the government. The video recordings were very real, and will hold up in court. You are spreading false hoods.

If the videos were doctored at all--and apparently they were--then they're not valid.

For all anybody knows, Giles and O'Keefe could really have been talking about setting up a candy store.

TurboTax or any good tax accountant will tell you how to avoid paying too much income tax; that's not fraud, that's just how the IRS works.
