Obama's Nazi Logo

Does anybody else see the erie similarity in the Obama health care logo and the Nazi logo with an eagle on top of the swastika?

Why would they make something so similar? Are they that absent minded or does evil just think alike?

Evil thinks alike. I'm sure it was just an accident but there is a reason for the accident. They both need to keep the symbolism simple so that the viewer has no choice but to think one thought. Communism and Fascism both had very similar art for that reason.

A) Who wants to be taken seriously?

B) I haven't read the other threads but this seems like a pretty legitimate post to me. Obviously I'm into art but using symbolism is a pretty basic theme since cavemen drew buffalo on a wall. So the reasonable response seems to me to be that they didn't mean to use a Nazi symbol but since they are trying to shape people's thoughts through arts and form follows function, they couldn't help but to eventually do something similar.

A) Anyone who has an idea they want other people to hear and consider.

B) Look at it from their perspective for a moment. Let's assume they actually are trying to create an image reminiscent of a Nazi logo. Why would they (or anyone for that matter) want to be associated, subliminally or otherwise, with a universally discredited and despised political movement? How could that ever do anything but hurt them?

Even if they were trying to get some secret message across, why, of all things, would they choose Nazism? It's a movement fundamentally concerned with eliminating everyone who does not belong to the "master race" of blonde-haired blue-eyed Caucasoids. Doesn't that strike you as a slightly counter-productive campaign for the country's first definitively non-Aryan president to adopt?

Not at all. I don't think they meant to use a Nazi symbol. I think they are using simplistic symbolism like the Nazis did and couldn't help but make the mistake of using something similar.

Also, doesn't it strike you odd that both the Fascists and the Obamists believe that they are closer to scientific truth than their opponents and that truth should be used to determine the outcome of people's lives? It's a fine line between saying that blonds are better than Jews and Jews should be removed to saying that the young are cheaper to care for than the old and rational decisions should be made on how to spend our health care dollars. The difference is one of degree rather than kind.
