Just because YouTube hasn't gotten around to deleting it yet doesn't mean they don't have a problem with it. It clearly violates their terms and conditions.

Hillbilly, why do you take shit so personally? You have something to say about almost everything I write like it's directed at you. Did you help produce this video masterpiece? Because it seems like you got your feelings hurt and I have to wonder.

"Honestly, this guy's gonna do whatever he wants "

Thank goodness.

"just do me the favor"

Nah. I'll pass.

Yeah I know Jack Black just follows the typical Hollywood liberal dogma. I do like their music and comedy so I used their song in the video. George W Bush is no longer president,so it wouldn't make sense to make a video bashing an administration that is not even in office.

Youtube doesn't have a problem with this video so I don't see why anyone else would either.

If using a Tenacious D song in this way is so offensive to you....then you are welcome to not watch it.

It's not my rule. I'm pretty sure it's covered under standard copyright laws.

Honestly, this guy's gonna do whatever he wants but as a long time fan I thought someone should speak up and make it clear that this dude in no way represents the views of the real Jack Black and Kyle Gass, who are far too awesome for this kind of political pissing contest bullshit. Use some shitty jingoistic new-country song to slam Obama if you must, just do me the favor of not ruining stuff I actually like with some hashed together hacky piece of shit like this video.

AJ - Are there any other rules you would like us to follow? We yearn for your wisdom.

Please don't use Tenacious D to promote your politics without their permission. It's an insult to one of the best bands in history. The song is satire and the video totally misses the point (Namely that they wrote this when Bush was still in office). If the D wanted to send the kind of message that's in this video they would have done it themselves.
