August 18 1976 Panmunjom South Korea Military/Music Video The Tree, In Memory of Capt. Bonifas an Lt. Barrett attached to the Joint Security Area "JSA", United Nations Command (now Camp Bonifas) Panmunjom Korea who were murdered with Axes August 18 1976 in Panmunjom South Korea by North Korean Army Faggs! This video is also to Honor all those who fought and died defending Korea and the DMZ. Capt. Bonifas an Lt. Barrett were Supervising a Landscaping Detail Trimming a Poplar Tree next to the Southside of the "Bridge of No Return" on the Border in the Truce Village there when the North Korean Army Faggs came across the bridge to the South Korean side and started beating the detail up with axe's and axe handles. Capt. Bonifas an Lt. Barrett were beat to death with axe's and the others attached to the Joint Security Area, "JSA" United Nations Command and Civilian Detail were beatin with axe handles during this assault. Then after three days of Bullshit of trying to resolve these murders, and Assault on the others attached to Joint Security Area (United Nations Personel), The 2nd Infantry Division and ROK (Republic Of Korea) Army Mounted Operation Paul Bunyan, movin We/Us most of Our Force just South of the Imjin River by Panmunjom, while 1st/9th Infantry 2nd ID and Our 2nd ID Engineers moved into Panmunjom and cut that Tree Down and now on that Spot Sit's a Monument to Mark that Day and to Remember Those Two American Officers in Our 2nd Infantry Division History! Pro Patria. Some of these photos come from www.imjinscout.com, Soldiers who Served on the DMZ and pictures I took, some were in Panmunjom on a Tour the South Koreans Sponsored January 1976 and others on Patrol When I was serving on the Z before our unit was moved South of the Imjin River. These picture are of around Ouellette the Guard Post on the Demarcation Line and ones while on Fence Duty on our Platoons Two Week Fence Cycle on Christmas 12/75 and ones of the "Axe Murders" "Downing of The Tree" came from another site about the axe murders! This Military/Music Video was made neck n neck with "Pro Patria" 4th n 5th Military/Music Video's, doughmade! Pro Patria doughboy
